A Better Future for Richmond Hill
Residents are being asked to pay more, but they deserve better results.
With property taxes expected to rise by 6 to 7 percent, the question is simple:
Who is controlling costs at City Hall?
Right now, too many decisions are being made without clear results, without enough accountability, and without a long term plan.
If this continues, costs will keep rising and residents will keep paying the price.
I am running to change that.
What Needs to Change
Richmond Hill is a strong community, but it is being held back by a lack of focus and discipline at City Hall.
Too many decisions today:
- Lack oversight
- Lack clear value
- Lack long term thinking
Residents deserve better.
My Focus
Responsible Spending and Stronger Oversight
Every dollar matters.
We need better control over spending, clear accountability, and decisions that deliver real value for residents.
Without stronger oversight and control, costs will continue to rise and residents will continue to pay the price.
Focus on Core Services
City government must deliver on the basics:
- Roads and infrastructure
- Community safety
- Reliable and efficient services
These are the foundation of a well run city.
A More Vibrant Community
Richmond Hill should be more than a place people return to at the end of the day.
We need:
- A stronger downtown
- More local businesses and restaurants
- Spaces where people want to spend time
For too long, residents have said there is nothing to do here. That needs to change.
A Greener, More Livable City
Growth must be responsible and balanced.
- More trees across our neighbourhoods
- Protection of green space
- Smarter planning that reduces excessive hard surfaces
- A long term approach to environmental resilience
My Commitment
I am not running to maintain the status quo.
I am running to:
- Ask the right questions
- Focus on real results
- Make responsible decisions
- Give this role the full time attention it deserves
Being a councillor is a serious responsibility, and I will treat it that way.

Richmond Hill has incredible potential.
With the right leadership, we can:
- Manage growth responsibly
- Keep taxes under better control
- Strengthen community safety
- Build a more vibrant and connected city
